Oy Taito Ab was founded in 1918 by five partners, one of whom was the legendary Finnish lighting designer Paavo Tynell. The company quickly became known for its high-quality craftsmanship and elegant modernist light fixtures — many of which are now considered timeless design classics.
At Fargo Vintage & Design, we proudly curate original lighting pieces by Taito Oy, iconic lamps designed by Paavo Tynell, and rare works by other masters of Finnish lighting design.
