Refund policy
This section on the right of withdrawal applies to consumer customers who have purchased Products from both the Online Store and the Retail Store.
As a consumer who has purchased Products, the Buyer has the right under consumer protection laws to cancel an Order placed through the Online Store or the Store by notifying Fargo Vintage & Design within 14 days of placing the Order. Cancellation does not incur any costs for the Buyer and does not require justification. Once the aforementioned period has expired, the Buyer no longer has the right to cancel.
The right to cancel does not apply to situations where the Product consists of a service whose performance begins before the end of the 14-day cancellation period. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to situations where the Product consists of digital content and the electronic delivery of such digital content has begun within 14 days of placing the Order.
If the Buyer agrees on the timing of the performance of the service that is the Product or the delivery of digital content at the time of placing the Order, and the performance of the service or delivery of the content begins within 14 days of placing the Order, the Buyer is deemed to have made an explicit request in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and to have given consent to the performance of the service and delivery of the content without the right of withdrawal.
Exercising the right of withdrawal requires submitting a notice of withdrawal to Fargo Vintage & Design. The notice must clearly state the Buyer’s unambiguous and specific decision to cancel the Order in question.
The Buyer is deemed to have canceled the Order within the specified time limit when the Buyer sends the cancellation notice to Fargo Vintage & Design before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If the Buyer cancels the Order in accordance with the Terms of Use, Fargo Vintage & Design will refund all payments collected from the Buyer without undue delay. The refund will be issued using the same payment method the Buyer used when originally placing the Order, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with the Buyer. The Buyer will not be charged any fees for the refund.
